How we get the personal information and why we have.

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

To confirm a booking.

To confirm a genuine person is making an appointment.

For payment details to go through, as to stop fraud.

Contact must be provided, to confirm C19 health and Safety.

Vaccination status must be provided to confirm is mask is needed for the appointment.

To contact later date for advertising.

We use the information that you have given us in order to communicate with you and to confirm the booking as genuine and especially if payments are involved to stop fraud.

I would not sharing this information any third party unless requested by law.

How we store your personal information

We keep Full Name, Email, Contact No, Vaccination Status, IP Address,  for 7years by law. We will then dispose of your information by simply shredding the paperwork and disposing of it. Electronic data would be kept minimum and would be deleted permanently.

Under certain circumstances we may need to share details with persons of authority, if requested to do so by law.
